‘Blackburn, in common with many northern towns, is experiencing a huge upsurge in pimping, and it is an unpalatable truth … that many of the newest wave of pimps come from within the Asian community.’
So claimed a truly stomach-churning report in last week’s Sunday Times. The report exposed the large scale of organised sex trafficking of white under-age girls lured into prostitution and drug addiction in northern towns by unscrupulous gangs of men of largely Pakistani origin.
It was not the cynicism with which the pimps used Pakistani boys to recruit the girls in shopping malls that was the most disturbing aspect of what was reported.
Nor was it the callous manner in which the girls were reportedly abandoned upon turning 16 when, apparently, they lost their sales-potential.
It was the pusillanimity of the police in deliberately failing to crack down on the offenders for fear so doing might trigger a race riot.
Last August, Zulfar Hussain and Qaiser Naveed were convicted in Preston crown court and given five years terms of imprisonment for offences of this sort. But they were the first, and to date have been the only, arrests, although it seems the police know who the offenders are.
The mother of one of the girls who had fallen victim to the two convicted men, and whose testimony in court had helped to secure their conviction, reportedly told the newspaper that she had been ‘told by one police officer that he did not want “to start a race riot" by arresting Pakistani men for sexual offences’.
Despite the two convictions, the newspaper claimed that pimps are largely able to operate with impunity. The mother of a second girl recruited by a different and as yet un-arrested set of pimps reportedly told the newspaper:
‘If we had not pushed and pushed about this issue, I believe that Hussein and Naveed would still be out there, just like my child’s abusers.’
It seems the scale of the pimping is both large and highly organised. A police officer who asked not to be named was said to have told the newspaper that: ‘Taxi drivers, shop owners and security guards who work in the shopping arcades where the girls are recruited are also involved.’
Mohammed Shafiq is someone both concerned about the problem and prepared to be named. The press spokesman for a Rochdale-based Muslim youth educational charity the Ramadhan Foundation, he told reporters:
‘Police seem to be very cautious about this. They fear being branded racist.’
When he tried raising the issue with local imams and Muslim community leaders, their response was no more encouraging than that of the police:
‘They all had a “no comment” policy, but our organisations is clear that it is going on, and that it is linked to drug dealing. We can’t simply blame the BNP.'
Sunny Hundal, editor of the online magazine Asians in the Media concurred, telling the Sunday Times:
‘Although it’s obvious that it’s young, lawless Pakistani boys, it’s tricky to make this an issue about race or religion when neither are contributing factors.’
It seems, however, what Mr Hundal says may not be entirely correct. One self-confessed former member of a pimping gang, identified merely as Hussein, told the newspaper that, when he had been involved in recruiting the girls, he had taken ‘great pleasure’ in having young white girls at his beck and call, knowing their parents would be out of their minds with worry. Apparently, he considered their anguish revenge for the ill treatment his own parents had received at the hands of the white customers patronising their grocery shop.
A truly appalling story -- as much for what it says is not being done and why it isn't as for what it says is.

The police and politicians encourage this behaviour by doing absolutely nothing at all.
This has gone for years and slinging 200 Muslims in jail would be the tip only of a massive iceburgh.
When Griffin of the BNP approached West York's police years ago he was fobbed off and then the usual racist slurs followed.
Muslims are not a race, but while Islamification of our nation takes place it suits the powers that be to shut down free speech by using marxism.
We are starting to ask now when the backlash kicks off. For it will. Who will the police and army aim their weapons at?
Reply: like in Yugoslavia, also having the very same problems with Muslims, no doubt the indigenous folk!

Rracism cuts each way and is particularly endemic within Less Developed Countries and the people within them: attacking each other and other races on every level.
Our anti-racism bodies must recognise that they are institutionally racist and even fail to staff themselves with people of different colours, backgrounds and genders. Put shortly, they need white males.
They need to stop pumping hate into black kids about slavery. Irish kids aren't taught to hate the English. Why is it acceptable to do this to black children. It is a form of abuse.
Children of every colour need to learn that we are all equal. Having young Pakistanis feeling that they are racially and morally superior is unacceptable. They need to understand that their communities are racist and sexist in many ways. They need to confront themselves. They need to stop this entitled smugness and attitude that their 'faith' entitles them to rape women and men, and to treat white women as 'slags' - to abuse them with persuasion, domination and machismo into becoming that.
Give respect, get respect. It cuts each way. Or, eventualy, regretfully, horrificaly, it really will be rivers of blood.

Can you imagine the furore had the situation been reversed? Old white men praying on pubescent Asian girls - it would never have left the news agenda. It would have been brought up again and again, related to the "colonial experience", held against the whole white community, used by academics as "evidence" against European culture. We would all have been considered "guilty". Some obnoxious agnostic bishop would have declared on Radio Four that it revealed something rotten in the western way of life. Special police training would have been instituted: how to spot a white racist pimp at fifty paces. Schools would have had "awareness" courses "offered" to them. Within about two years, the tendency of the older, caucasian male to see sub-continental girls as "easy meat" would have been a recognised behaviour pattern, possibly brought up in court during rape trials involving the relevant ethnic categories. And so on. Do we not all acknowledge that this is so? And should it not now be shouted from the roof tops that anti-racism, the movement behind this loathsome double standard, is itself a form of racial prejudice - against white Europe, its people and culture? It is already having the malignant effects of all deep unspoken prejudice. The first is that of silencing debate. Offering such a point in a public forum, I would have to endure abusive rage. The second is the accepted suppression of uncomfortable facts. The third effect is to ignore suffering - the suffering of brutally prostituted, under age girls. What is next, I wonder? When will the suppression turn active? It is at this point that my thoughts turn with foreboding to the issue of the Danish cartoons.

"Well, I never!"-- that is a term we northerners use to express disbelief.
This pimping by Asians has been rife in many northern mill towns for years. The authorities, namely the police and both the printed and broadcast media, have in effect denied that it takes place. The police by refusing to come clean about the issue. They have to consult community leaders, of course. And the press by refusing to run any stories that may cast aspersions about the religion of peace.
The general public know that it goes on but can't talk about it in our free and open multicultural society because of the fear of being branded a racist. Yet another benefit that the multicultural dogma has brought about. I feel so enriched, and my life is so much better in my northen town simply because of the benefits that the Muslim brothers have brought to my locality. I could ramble on at length and you would be surprised to learn......... but I won't.
It's grim up north and I am not referring to the weather. But, of course, as the man says, to point the finger at young Pakistani muslim boys, well that would be racist: "Well, I never."
